Booking fees
For travelers who already know what they want and only need it booked. Planning packages include booking for the trip they cover.

What to know
- Planning fees cover up to 6 travelers. Groups of 7 to 20 use multi-destination and group planning, and groups over 20 receive a custom quote.
- Supplier costs such as airfare, hotels, tours and transfers are not included. We show them separately on your quote at the supplier's price.
- Sending an inquiry is free. You pay only after you accept a written quote.
- Flight booking fees are per passenger and hotel booking fees per reservation. Booking and change fees are non-refundable once the booking or change is made, including if the airline or hotel later cancels; any airfare or hotel refund is still passed to you in full.
- Consultations can be rescheduled once or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
