Our role

Nadia's Travels LLC (doing business as Nadia Tours) is a travel planning service. We are not a carrier, hotel, tour operator or other supplier. Travel services are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance, safety, delays, cancellations or changes.

Passports, visas and entry rules

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas, permits, transit documents and proof of onward travel required for every country on your itinerary. Many countries require a passport valid for at least six months beyond your stay. Requirements change often; check with the relevant embassy or consulate and, for U.S. citizens, the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov. Airlines may refuse boarding without proper documents, and supplier costs lost as a result are not refundable by us.

Health and safety

Check vaccination and health requirements with your doctor and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at cdc.gov/travel. Review current travel advisories for your destinations. We do not guarantee the safety of any destination or activity, and you travel at your own risk.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption, medical care, emergency evacuation and baggage. If you choose not to buy insurance, you accept the risk of uninsured losses.

Prices, availability and information

Supplier prices, schedules and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. Destination descriptions and themes on this Website are general inspiration, not offers, and do not represent a contract with any property, guide or experience provider.

Accessibility and special requests

Tell us about any accessibility needs, dietary requirements or special requests. We will pass them to suppliers, but we cannot guarantee that a supplier will meet them.
