Terms of service

These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.nadiatour.com (the “Website”) and to the travel planning services offered by Nadia's Travels LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Nadia Tours (“Nadia Tours”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Who we are

Nadia Tours is an independent travel planning service based in Germantown, Maryland. We help travelers plan trips and research and arrange travel options such as flights, hotels and other travel services. We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator or other travel supplier, and we do not own or operate any travel services.

2. Our services

• Personal travel planning: consultation, destination research and itinerary suggestions based on your interests, pace and budget.
• Flight assistance: researching flight options and helping you arrange them with the airline.
• Hotel assistance: researching accommodation options and helping you arrange them with the property or booking provider.

Sending an inquiry through the Website is free and does not create a booking, reserve availability, or commit you to buying anything.

3. Quotes, prices and payment

• Before we charge you, we send you a written quote or invoice that describes the services, the price in U.S. dollars, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply. You are charged only after you accept it.
• Our current service fees are listed on our Pricing page. Our fees are for our planning and arrangement services. Amounts for airfare, accommodation and other travel services are the supplier's prices and are identified separately in your quote.
• Where possible, airlines, hotels and other suppliers charge you directly for their services. Where we collect a supplier amount on your behalf, we pay it to the supplier and it is shown separately from our fees.
• Supplier prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed by the supplier. If a price changes before confirmation, we will tell you and ask for your approval before proceeding.
• Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as NADIAS TRAVELS LLC.
• Do not send card numbers, bank details or passport information through the Website's forms or by email.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Travel suppliers

When we arrange a travel service for you, your contract for that service is with the supplier (for example, the airline or hotel), and the supplier's own terms, fare rules and cancellation policies apply. We act only as your agent in arranging it. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, schedule changes, overbooking, strikes, insolvency or negligence of any supplier, but we will reasonably help you communicate with the supplier if a problem arises.

6. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services, and you must have authority to act for everyone in your travel party.
• Give us complete and accurate information, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents. Review every quote, itinerary and confirmation and tell us promptly about any error.
• You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health and vaccination requirements, and entry and exit rules for every destination. See our Travel disclaimer.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, medical and baggage cover.

7. Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you may create an optional account to see your inquiries. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts are never required to send an inquiry.

8. Acceptable use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false or unlawful information, attempting to bypass security checks, interfering with its operation, scraping it by automated means, or using it to send spam. We may refuse or remove submissions that break these rules.

9. Intellectual property

The Website, the Nadia Tours name and logos, and the Website's text and design belong to Nadia's Travels LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Itineraries we prepare for you are for your personal use.

10. Information on the Website

Destination themes and descriptions on the Website are general inspiration, not offers. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is”, and Nadia's Travels LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for losses and reasonable costs arising from information you provided that was false or incomplete, or from your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Any dispute that we cannot resolve will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland, unless the law of your place of residence gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The Terms that applied when you accepted a quote continue to apply to that purchase.
